The Airforce Weatherman Michael Fish catagorically said there would NOT be a Storm in response to a call from Mrs Higginbotham of Folkestone
( I blisfully slept through that in Gillingham, due to a company expensive get together finishing in the hotel and we all hit the bar on the Tab...)
