Hi.

It is ground based and as the title says you allocate staff/resources in different areas. Check-In/Transfer Desk/Ramp Operations etc. Grade 6. The last information I ahve salary is between 4000-6000 AED (2019/2020 before COVID)

Persoanlly I found it to be a boring job and the folks that are RAs (Resource Allocaters) were very difficult and at times sadistic with zero lack of empathy.

Hope this helps you a bit.

Sounds to me suspiciously like an enhanced term meaning "rostering person" .

Cheers for the reply yes I got the impression it was allocating the drivers to pick up the 1st class and business class passengers.

I thought it grade was great 8, one would imagine there is quite a difference between 6 & 8. Is it shift work ?

I have applied let’s see what comes of it, I do similar in my line of work at the moment but would like to experience something different.

Hi.

Yes that would fall under allocation. Allocation is pretty much everything were staff is involved. The position is shift based.

I would say Grade 8 is junior management. Even though most Grade 8 are useless and simply a waste of money. They company bootlickers.
