both direct entry fo and capt. Shortages im not sure but looks like they recruiting but slowly maybe to replace pilots that resigned or preparing for the return of the max or the busy summer ahead

Should be a week more or less depending on how fast the recruitment is, i personally waited 2 months after that to get an interview date.

Start date Jan/feb... i dont think so, did not hear anything, ive been waiting 2 years... any can confirm that? Their is atleast 20 cadets or more in that pool.

Thats what i thought... they need to start training now. They still have the cadet program open yet they dont recruit anyone from the cadet hold pool.

Any updates anyone? I see they reopened pilot positions on their website. Seems like they recruiting even with a current hold pool full of pilots. Its all confusing...

9 FO and 3 from the second officer program, no direct entry Capts. These cadets have been in the waiting pool since 2017. No start dates this year unless max is back in service. Their is still loads...
