I've seen few LinkedIn profiles for who FZ was the first pilot job, so I am wondering how come they got hired... cause they are very far away of 2500TT and 1000h on jet :/

Hi folks, do you think that they can accept pilots with 200TT and a valid B737 TR? Or they "oblige us" to go trough CAE for the TR ?! I am asking that because in the US a TR on B737NG costs $14.000...
