I have seen a pax run from Sat2 to Sat1 across the apron with their carry-on bag while an aircraft had pushed back at the bottom of the Bravo apron. Needless to say they didn't get on their aircraft...

It does have to divert and won't be able to reposition until 0600. It can divert to anywhere that Ryanair wants and can accept the flight.
