Got a reply. Tests were logged correctly. So nothing to worry about if it doesn't redirect you properly after completing a test. Just check it now appears in the "Completed" section

Getting the same issue. I've raised a technical ticket with the assessment help desk to let them know. But I'm seeing the tests appear in "Completed" so assume its logged the tests correctly.
